Job Description

This position is responsible for applying accurate, timely and innovative medical bill processing methods, review medical bills for technical accuracy, and fulfillment of statutory professional review requirements, initiate discounts with non-network providers, make decisions on reconsideration requests and provide reports on bill processing and review statistics.

Skills Required: Thorough knowledge of Workers' Compensation medical bill review and payments processes/procedures. Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. PC literate. Analytical and interpretive skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent negotiation skills.
Skills Preferred:
Experience Required: 5-8 years of bill review experience.
Experience Preferred:
Education Required: College degree preferred. High school diploma with industry experience accepted.
