Join a growing Human Resources team in New York City as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this full-time career opportunity you will be a valued member of our expanding and evolving department, which is currently in the process of reviewing and adding new HR related systems, programs and tools to enhance the way we operate, providing educational/development tools to employees, providing support to management, and providing support as a whole. Come work with an amazing group of personable HR and operations management professionals hiring medical professionals who will have an impact on patient care. In this supportive role you will work closely with recruitment team members, and will receive guidance from our knowledgeable Talent Acquisition Specialists and Human Resources Director. As a recruiting coordinator you’ll get to:
• Create and place employment advertisements, and track the progress of open positions for our centers in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
• Work closely with the regional recruiter to support managers during the hiring process and assist with on boarding.
• Perform background and license/certification checks.
• Source qualified candidates through social media, job boards, networking, etc.
• Help test new job boards and recruitment tools.
• Assist as needed with projects, recruitment initiatives, and other assignments.
