POSITION SUMMARY


 


Radiology Regional is seeking a Payroll Clerk/ HR Assistant to work in our Administrative Office in Fort Myers. Under the direction of the CFO,
performs a variety of duties to assist the Human Resources Department.
Assists with payroll, benefits, off boarding, and company events. Maintains
and secures all current employee files, transfers and records relating to
active employee data. Process all documentation for the termination process
and sends out proper notices to the departments. Performs other related
duties with the job classification or organizations as necessary or as
assigned by the CEO, COO or CFO.
 



 



ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  1. Assist in payroll,
    serve as a backup when the Bookkeeper is out

  2. File documents in
    personnel folders.

  3. Process exit
    paperwork for employees who have resigned from the company and send to
    the employee. Set up and schedule exit interview of employee.

  4. Handles all employment
    verifications including those requiring written consent.
     

  5. Manages the Internal Transfer and Promotion
    Processes, including generating paperwork and setting up new badges

  6. Backup to
    Recruitment Coordinator in their absence (forwarding resumes to hiring
    managers, posting jobs, etc)

  7. Assisting Benefits Coordinator with enrolling
    and cancelling employee benefits as well as reconciling benefits
    invoices.


 


 


ADDITIONAL
DUTIES


 



  1. Assists with the company anniversary program
    which includes tracking, packet preparing, event planning, supervisor
    and manager notification, award allocation and CEO summary notes.

  2. Communicates on an interpersonal basis with
    all employees concerning company policies and protocol, as stated in
    the policy and procedures manual.

  3. Prepares ID Badges for
    new hires as well as existing employees requesting a replacement.

  4. Involved in packet
    creation for new hire orientations as well as open enrollment.


 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE


-A
minimum of 2 years’ experience working in HR


-Experience
with Kronos and Sage preferred


-Experience
using HRIS systems


-Bilingual
preferred but not required


 


 



Job Requirements


 Education:


Bachelor's Degree (four
year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Human
Resources



 


Experience:


3 plus years of
experience in Human Resources



 


Computer Skills:


Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Sage, & Kronos
