We are seeking 2 individuals to administer our Company Hiring. We have one part time and one full time position.
Our ideal candidates will bring a creative, energetic, can-do, and flexible approach toward talent acquisition for a growing 325+ employee organization with multiple work locations in southeast and southwest Florida. This position is based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Our ideal candidate will have successful work experience recruiting for blue collar positions [route technicians, service managers] and white collar administrative positions in a dynamic environment. This position works closely members of our Management Team in various divisions and locations throughout the organization, and partners with them to effectively staff their open positions with new hires who will remain with the organization.
This individual will draft appealing postings, creatively source candidates, conduct screening interviews, keep ATS current, administer the pre-employment screening process, maintain data and prepare reporting on recruiting related matters. Special attention to be given to creating specific and customized approaches to attract and retain talent for a variety of departments across the organization.
The person in this position maintains a collaborative partnership with the members of the HR, Training, and Payroll Teams, to provide our new hires with a professional and efficient on-boarding experience, and a continued positive employee experience.
